How Anxiety Creates Patterns in the Body, And How Tapping Helps Release Them
Did you know anxiety has a kind of “code” your body stores?

They’re emotional patterns your nervous system remembers — habits your body learned from past stress, fear, or overwhelm. Over time, these patterns become automatic, even when you’re not consciously stressed.

A Gentle Tapping Round for Releasing Stored Anxiety Patterns:
Top of the Head:
“I’ve been carrying these anxious patterns in my body.”
Third Eye:
“I’m becoming aware of how my body reacts.”
Eyebrow:
“My body learned them over time.”
Side of the Eye:
“And it’s okay that I’ve reacted this way.”
Under the Eye:
“I’m open to feeling steadier inside.”
Under the Nose:
“I’m letting my body know it’s safe.”
Chin:
“I’m willing to release those patterns now.”
Collarbone:
“I’m open to a calmer pattern taking over.”
Under the Arm:
“I can let softness and ease guide my response now.”
Top of the Head:
“I’m supporting myself with every breath.”
Take a slow breath.
Notice any shift — small or big — happening inside your body.
Sometimes the shift feels like a little more space, a tiny drop of calm, or just a sense of softness in the chest.
